Round is still a shape right?

I was going to start my diet today but I started my period instead, and all things sweet and sugary happened ;( (April 11th)
Round is still a shape right?
I'm out of breath as I type this.*Oreo crumbles down my chin
Luna is creeping on 1 yr old, I've got to do something about this mushy middle ;(
Is it crazy that I have NEVER worked out in my life? I mean nothing serious like running, cycling, joining a gym or even doing this like slim fast or weight watchers, Jenny craig and the list continues.
I'm 5'1 ish 163lbs and feeling sluggish and sloppy. It doesn't help I'm not happy with the shape I'm in, as well as stresses, food is my comfort, till I look down and realize I'm pregnant with a food baby.*sigh, so I grab the nearest bag of chocolates in all my angst, and the cycle continues. But tomorrow I'm making changes! I see PX90 floating around the Internet, but I didnt say I wanted to commit suicide I just wanna shed some weight, to get that " feel good" back. So I'm going to start slow, possible the Jillian Michael's 30day shred? With a diet change. Im looking to shed about 15lbs. I purchased a bike last week, haven't been on one of those since I was a kid, bikes are great exercise right? Yeah, so I take it for a spin around the block right after dinner ( big mistake) i made it around the block once before I had to do the walk of shame all the way back home completely winded! Breathing all hard, and I immediately knew why people vomit after an intense work out, except I didn't do an intense workout.

I need to figure out this ' my FITTNESS app' thing, I hear great results happening. Now only if I can remember to log in and be disciplined enough in the food area....hmmmmm.....
So I'm going to start my diet change tomorrow.......for real this time......
